The multiplayer technology behind our games is free for any developer to use. The AbraTabia Game Server handles matchmaking, private join codes, and turn syncing for turn-based multiplayer games over plain HTTPS. The AbraTabia AI Storyteller adds narrator bots, an AI game master, and player memories to any game. Both are self-hosted, run on a single PHP file and SQLite database, and ship their full source code on GitHub.

Who Builds It

Abratabia is part of AI Apps API, a company building AI and automation software across a network of sites. We use our own tools in our own games, which keeps the guides practical and the software honest.
